Hello I am Yog teacher and teaching yoga . Today i am excited to launch my blog on Yoga . Yoga is for betterment of life where you can get real happiness . You need to just put some efforts and start mediatating yourself you will see positive energy with in you .

Yoga’ -Yoga indicates for peace and tranquility.

The word Yoga is Taken from the Sanskrit Vedic language word (Yuj' )which means to join or unite. Yoga means attaining your Target with positive energy
Yoga is considered 26000 years old (patanjali ).

Yog science considers every thing for better human life . in yoga every person have physical thaughts as well as mental thaughts. In yoga meditation sadhana in a alone place like a cave in a mountain , park, and at the bank of river, to get the ultimate goal of Samadhi, yoga intends to teach sadhana to such a common human being and leads him to the samadhi. Accepting this as a basis, the eight stages of progress are defined in the science of yoga, state Yam and Niyam as the first two stages. Yam and Niyam are the first two aspects of the eightfold Yoga.
