Karma Yoga What is Karma yog and its effects
WHAT IS KARMA YOGA --
Karma Yoga is basically a way to WORK PERFORMANCE . people loses their identity when they work they develop selfishness and ego in their work but few selfless action work remains which is done for humanity and all for non profit . its difficult to get real KARMA state . Generally some rewards or incentives or outcome follows the work and one is attached to this reward or incentive. This is not the Karma Yoga. Non-attachment with the work and becoming the perfect instrument of the super consciousness in this manifested universe is the ultimate aim of Karma Yoga.
At the begning process of Karma Yoga, human being develop powrful sense of ego and consciously or unconsciously he is attached to the fruits of his efforts or at least praise or recognition but by continuous involvement in the work and change in mental attitude, one can surely disassociate himself from the ego and his own personality.
In this state the work becomes worship to the God, it becomes spiritual, also the individual becomes expert, skilled and Yogi. He achieves stability of mind in all conditions, he is not disturbed or excited or happy in any of the situations. He becomes divine & his actions represent God's will.
The essence of Karma Yoga as extracted from 'Bhagvad Gita' says: The world confined in its own activity except when actions are performed as worship of God. Therefore one must perform every action sacramentally and be free of your attachments to the results.

Anulom Vilom Pranayam Deep breating Video
How you can do Anulom Vilom (This is very effective and you can get rid of stree and over work load with in no time Remember do not do Anulom Vilom For 2 hours after having meal . You can do this in your office and whenever you feels stress and over work load .
How to do Anulom Vilom : Press your right nasal with thumb, breathe in from left. Now open right nasal and close left nasal with middle and ring finger and breathe out from right nasal. Now breathe in from right nasal. Now close right nasal and open left and breathe out and in from left nasal. and so on. Just pray your god with every breathing think positive whenever you are doing this process .
How much time : atleast 10 mins to 20 min for better results .
What are the benefits of doing Pranayam Anulom Vilom : This is very effective for heart, high BP, heart blockage, vat-cuf-pit, arthritis, cartilage, bent ligaments, sinual fluid reduced, parkinson, paralysis, neural related, depression, migraine pain, asthma, sinus, allergy patients .
Please remember : Breath into lungs becuase lungs are only meant for breathing not to stomach. If you breath in stomach there this will harm you . Do not hurry be slow and relax. Do it slowly. .

just sit in calm position...close eyes....now u hav to breath in slow and deep....and breath out...repeat 5 -10 times..now concentrate chetnas on heart centre.......now imagine u became a duck and ur swimming thrue river.......imagine ur body is now duck and see ur body become duck now.......ur swiming in river...u see some wonderful places....jungles...ur just swimming..u r now in ocean...blue water of ocean is making u more serene....just feel......try it to be almost 5-10 mints...and see result
